Nazarbayev laid memorable capsule on Almaty financial
center site

Almaty. September 15. Kazakhstan Today - The President of
Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev during his working trip in Almaty laid a
memorable capsule on the construction site of the regional financial center, the
agency reports.

Financial center construction will be conducted in three stages,
including ten phases. The first stage and the first phase is planned to be
finished up to the end of 2007, the second stage - up to the end of 2008, the third stage - up to the end of 2009.The first phase assumes construction of four office buildings of total area of 160 thousand square meters. Financial center will include about 30 office buildings of total area more than 1 million square meters. The tentative estimation of investments - more than $2 billion.
Financial center will be constructed on Al-Farabi Avenue.
