Esentai Park on my opinion is the best project ever presented in Almaty till today. This multifunctional complex including 38-storied Esentai Tower, 3 Residential 20-storied towers, fitness and shopping center is under construction now on Al-Farabi Avenue. This complex has been created by one of the most important architectural companies in the world - Skidmore, Owings & Merryll (SOM) , developed by kazakh company Capital Partners which is know for its Hotel Ritz Carlton in Moscow.
38-storied tower will be home for luxury JW Almaty Marriott Hotel and together with upcoming Esentai Mall this spot will become the most advanced and luxury destination in Almaty.
Capital Partners announced that construction of the tower wil be finished by October 2007, residential buildings, fitness and mall by summer 2008.
